Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic, research scientists and medical doctors have left no stone unturned to discover a vaccine for the unseen virus and their efforts seem to be skyrocketing. Even though their forward march is worth recommending but God has been neglected in their quest to identify remedy for the virus.
In an interview with Rev. Dr. Seth Osei Kuffour, founder of Hope Palace Chapel international, told Am News that it will take God alone to identify a remedy for the coronavirus. The magnitude of the virus is beyond human imagination however, medical doctors are advised to exercise their medical wisdom into prayers to enable them to identify vaccines for the virus. God in his wisdom will direct their ways to discover vaccines if only they will allow God to lead them in their pursuit.
The soft-spoken man of God reiterated that it’s long overdue we begin to see why God remained silent in the fight of covid-19, and expedite our relationship in serving God holistically. The era we are today, is an opportunity for the world, more importantly, Christians to re-engage their commitment and trust in God.
”I did not for ones as a man of God anticipate that the world will be hit by a pandemic that will call for the closing of the church., not at all”. And based on it unseen wild spread suddenly compelled leaders to neglect God in its confrontation causing the world so much pain and death.
Rev. Dr. Seth Osei kuffour contended that there’s nothing beyond God’s doing, therefore, the world at large especially Christians and the clergy must as a matter of national interest engage in intercessory prayers…the president should not relent on the national prayer campaign he started earlier to continue asking God for mercy. The world is corrupted with unguarded remarks from individuals especially celebrates disregarding God midst committing atrocities to provoke God of which we need total repentance.
The coronavirus, he said, is real and has no respect for any; hence it’s our responsibility to comply with the safety protocols in order not to come into contact with the virus…and with continued prayers, we will be shielded under the arms of God
